QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
TENET Group is an organization of Special Operations Veterans, that provides Consulting, Security, Systems, Planning and Training Solutions.
Rather than draw from a pool of disparate and unvetted individuals, TENET sustains and employs a network of SOF Teams.
This Team focused structure serves to enhance the interoperability, communication, innovation, and resilience of the individual.
For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.
-Rudyard Kipling
FORCE MULTIPLY
When Competence and Experience are just line items, pencil pushers will trust their Personal Security to the lowest denominator.
More is not always more.
A professional consulting team from TENET can elevate the capability of your organic security team. Our trainers tailor their instruction to the level of your team, providing realistic stress exposure, while maintaining each student's threshold of growth.
Our consultants implement the most efficient intelligence and communications systems, so that a small, specially trained team can ensure your physical, personal, and digital security.
WHAT MAKES
US DIFFERENT
-
Our team was forged in the War on Terror, but our experience does not end there. From private investigations to international operations to deep-net Cybersecurity, our guys have done it.
-
The best trained team is only effective if it can work with other players in the operational environment. Our experience working with other agencies, cultures, and entities lays the foundation. Our practices define our capability to function in complex environments: Know your role, Speak the language, and Build relationships.
-
Our team members exceed their reputation: they are the HARDEST TRAINING PROFESSIONALS - present tense.
Working and training with LEO, First Responder, and counter-trafficking agencies, our Team stays sharp, gives back, and constantly expands their capabilities.

team member Prep
The foundation of security and mission success is individual preparation, especially when a team relies on you. This course is an expedited “Crawl, Walk, Run” and a prerequisite for our advanced training.
This 8 hour block of instruction draws from over 48 hours of possible course material, drills, and tests. Each class is different, because we specialize the curriculum to the students’ needs and raise the level of challenge right to the point of failure.
Every student will leave better prepared, with the best practices and tactical instincts to match their daily environment.
8 Hours
300 Rounds Pistol, 100 Rounds Rifle
$1800 per class, split between up to 12 students
Excellent for Office readiness and team building.
ADVERSE CONDITIONS / LOW LIGHT
Unfortunately, we almost never get to choose the environment and circumstances of high-threat encounters. That is why we train in the most adverse conditions, so that anything less is simplified.
This is not a course for weekend warriors and safe queens; you and your equipment will get dirty, fight through failure, and expand your limits.
8 Hours
200 Rounds Pistol, 100 Rounds rifle
$2400 per class, split between up to 12 students
Excellent for Security Professionals and Emergency Response Units
tenet showed me my strengths and weaknesses, and broke down the fiction of “tacticool” training.

Commo/Combat Nerd
Communication is the hardest thing we do, whether technological or interpersonal.
For this reason, I try to find simple language to communicate complex concepts: whether on the range, deployed, or as a consultant. Say as much as you can, in as few words as possible.
I do many things (some of them well), but the most rewarding is the protection and development of my community. It starts with the Team, but encompasses all who serve and the citizens who support us.
I’ve trained and counseled thousands of people, but I consider myself the most fortunate: strengthened by the brotherhood of my fellow Special Forces Soldiers.

Trevor, aka The Angry Leprechaun, is a husband and proud father of 2; married for over 10 years (to a woman). His smile is said to have mystical therapeutic powers, but he has sworn not to smile again until communism is dead. Small of stature and bald of head, his tactical girth is propelled to unlikely speeds by a powerful diesel cardiovascular system, fueled by anger and donuts.
Trevor’s professional career began as an Infantry Platoon Leader in the 101st Airborne Division. After two combat deployments, he assessed and was selected for Special Forces. Following completion of the Special Forces Qualification Course, Trevor requested assignment to 5th Special Forces Group where he served as an SFOD-A Commander, Company Executive Officer, and Task Force Executive Officer.
After 10 years of active-duty service, Trevor transitioned to civilian employment with continued National Guard service as an SFOD-A Commander in 20th Special Forces Group. On the DoD side, he has 6 deployments and over 6 years of Detachment Commander experience. As a Federal Law Enforcement officer, Trevor works National Security matters, served on a SWAT team, and has years of experience as a Firearms Instructor for his agency.
